Overview

The Church appointed Kyle Storer in the summer, following his lengthy interim spell last season after Tim Flowers departure in December. The summer for the side who finished last season 14th has been positive. Eight players have been retained, including key figures like last season’s Fan’s POTS Callum Sullivan, fullback Jessy Bavanganga, top scorer Kieran Wakefield & winger Jonny Ngandu. 11 players have arrived in Worcestershire for their final season at Lye Meadow - including former Yeltzmen Miracle Okafor & Nick Clayton-Phillips. Redditch’s centre half 2024/25 Players POTS Jack Kelly has also joined from Bromsgrove, while Archie Crowther, who had an outstanding season for Alvechurch in 24/25 has returned. The biggest arrival, Ben Stephens, scored 31 goals in 72 league games across the last two seasons for Harborough Town at step 3. Key men have left though. Centre half, and last season’s Manager’s POTS Will Merrett’s loan ended, while other key defenders Josh Dugmore & Ethan Sephton also departed, as well as midfielder Joe Willis. A mid table finish is probably expected again for Alvechurch this season.

Loans Expired

Ronnie Kokkinos (Mansfield Town)

Overview

The Nomads first full season under promotion winning manager Conrad Logan has got off to a brilliant start off the pitch. 13 players have been retained from last year’s promotion squad including EFL legend Martyn Waghorn. Vital defenders Jordan Annable, Lewis Gibbens & Henry Bestwick have stayed, as well as midfielders Tobias Liversidge & Tendai Chitiza to name a few. Just three outgoings, but three incomings: Striker Harvey Kirby-Moore who scored 11 league goals last season for step 3 Ilkeston Town, midfielder Jonty Bouch who made 35 league appearances for step 4 Loughborough Students last season, and left back Darien Wauchope who had loans spells last season from League Two Mansfield Town at Ilkeston, Anstey, Cliftonville & Rushall Olympic. A mid table finish is probably expected for Anstey Nomads.

Retained

Jack Harding, Yaw Ofosu, Alex Prosser, Aaron McCreadie, Joel Anker, Connor Ferguson, Seb Kola

Overview

The Purtians are going into their second season with Kelvin Langmead at the helm, and will look to improve on last season’s disappointing 12th place finish. Key first team players: Jack Harding, Yaw Ofosu, Alex Prosser, Aaron McCreadie, Joel Anker, and last season’s top scorer Connor Ferguson have all been retained. 10 players have left, including last season’s Fan’s POTS Keegan Bloom, centre half Nico Jones, and striker Chris Wreh, but 10 new faces have come through the door in Oxfordshire. Prolific former Real Bedford frontman Joey Evans, Levi Steele who scored 10 league goals at step 4 Evesham United & impressive young midfielder are just some of the names who have arrived. The latter on loan from Solihull Moors, who had a loan spell at Redditch United. It’s a competitive league this year, but Banbury could easily be challenging for the play-offs if all goes well.

Alfie Thornett (Stevenage - One Month Loan)

Joe Nardelli (Hertford Town)

Jake Thompson, Mark Haines, Charlie Castle, Leon Davies, Aaron Greene, Rehan Field, Zack Howell, Charlie Johnson, Deivi Kreka, Obi Onyeagwara, Brad Russell, Jack Smith, Harry Titchmarsh, Fabio Virgilio, Jaden Ogwuazor, Cameron Leggatt

Overview

The Blues, today’s opposition, are yet again entering into a season with the experienced gaffer of Steve Castle. His side started like a freight train at the start of last season, but quickly faded away into a bottom half finish. Scoring goals was their problem last term, with their top scorer being a defender who stuck away six penalties. A huge 16 players have decided to stay in Hertfordshire, including Manager’s POTS and captain Jake Thompson. Others include, crucial defenders Leon Davies & Mark Haines, midfielder Brad Russell & Jack Smith, as well as wide man Fabio Virciglio. There are four outgoings, including defender Dempsey Crace who enjoyed a good loan spell, while there have been eight new arrivals. Frank Norris, who scored three goals in 15 league games for Stortford this year, has returned on loan from Stevenage, alongside two more youngsters from the League One club. Three of the other five signings did come from step 4, so a lack of step 3 experience may cost them. Their 2026 points tally of just 18 is a worry, and a fight for survival may be on the cards for Bishop’s Stortford this season.

Niall Flint (Coleshill Town)

Archie Duerden (Worcester City)

Nile Timson (Racing Club Warwick)

George Wynne (USA)

Retained

Billy Shaw, Jordan Lyden, Jaden Charles

Overview

The Rouslers have had a lot of change ahead of the season. Even though manager Tim Flowers has stayed, only three players from last season’s squad have been retained - Billy Shaw, Jordan Lyden & Jaden Charles. The big arrival is EFL mainstay striker Jamille Matt - venturing into his first season at this level of the football pyramid. A new keeper in Tony Breeden replaces Rory Brown as the first choice shot stopper, and Breeden is joined by another six players who have swapped Keys Park for The Victoria Ground, including impressive defender Ollie Harrison & attacking midfielder Jake Jervis. Alongside Harrison, another six defenders have been signed, which include Jak Hickman, and Stourbridge players Hayden Reeves & Brad Bood. The high influx of arrivals means 19 players have exited Flowers’ squad. The biggest loss, midfielder Jack Newell who made over 150 Rouslers appearances, and captain Aaron Roberts who dropped down to step 4 Nuneaton Town. Bromsgrove have never finished in the top half of a step 3 table, but this year expect them to be challenging near the top.

Bury Town

Incomings

Sam Ford (Felixstowe & Walton)

Seth Chambers (Needham Market)

Tommy Smith (Braintree Town)

Bailey Clements (King’s Lynn Town)

Loans Expired

Jamie Mauge (Ipswich Town Academy)

Josh Curry (Needham Market)

Harley Curtis (Unknown)

Retained

Tom Hughes, Charlie Beckwith, George Quantrell, Callum Page, Lewis O'Malley, Joe White, Joe Carroll, Max Maughn, Mikey Davis, Jamie McGrath, Ollie Canfer, Tayos Flowers

Overview

The Blues have had a rather boring but organised summer. Cole Skuse will enter his third full season at the helm, and he will be joined by 12 players from last season who have also decided to stay. These include first choice keeper Charlie Beckwith, pivotal defenders Joe White, Joe Carroll & Mikey Davis, first choice midfielders Tom Hughes, Max Maughn & Callum Page, last season’s joint top scorers Jamie McGrath & Ollie Canfer, and goalscoring wide man George Quantrell. Only three players have left, and the main being defender Taylor Parr who dropped down to step 4 Royston Town, but three have been brought in. Strikers Sam Ford & Seth Chambers have arrived after successful seasons at step 4 Felixstowe & Walton & step 3 Needham Market respectively. The final two signings: defenders Tommy Smith, who was part of New Zealand’s World Cup squad, and Bailey Clements who has spent time at step 2 with King’s Lynn Town. Bury finished last season with just three defeats in 22, so expect a fast start to this season, and a top half finish come April.

Halesowen Town

Incomings

Lewis Ison (Stratford Town)

Dan Meredith (Leamington)

Ryan Wynter (Hednesford Town)

Ethan Sephton (Alvechurch)

Matt Preston (Hereford)

Callum Ebanks (Buxton)

Vanylson Silva (Tamworth - Dual Registration)

Loans Expired

Jordan Ponticelli (Tamworth)

Mitch Roberts (Hereford)

Outgoings

Kyle Finn (Leamington)

Fin Holmes (Hereford)

Jak Hickman (Redditch United)

Reece Mitchell (Rushall Olympic)

McKauley Manning (Stratford Town)

Josh Smile (Unknown)

Retained

Jason Cowley, Ben Cassidy, Todd Parker, Milan Butterfield, Luke Postle, Ryan Wollacott, Ty Barnett, Rob Evans, Jim Kellermann

Overview

The Yeltz had a mixed summer with a few arrivals, outgoings and players staying for another year. The arrivals of Dan Meredith, Ethan Sephton, Matt Preston & the return of ex captain Ryan Wynter off a much better defensive unit to a side who conceded so many last season. These signings occured following Jak Hickman & Reece Mitchell's departures, and the end to Mitch Roberts loan. Only one midfield signing was made, with the arrival of attacking midfielder Lewis Ison replacing Kyle Finn. Their middle of the park was already one of the best, with Milan Butterfield, Todd Parker & Jim Kellermann all staying. The attack saw Jason Cowley sign a deal to stay for the next two years, while wide man Vanylson Silva & young striker Callum Ebanks joined to strengthen, following the depatures of Fin Holmes & McKauley Manning, and the end of Jordan Ponticelli's loan. The other retained men are Ben Cassidy, Luke Postle, Ryan Wollacott, Ty Barnett & Rob Evans, but a replacing for departing defensive midfielder Josh Smile is still yet to be made. Halesowen will be up there at the end of the season, but play-offs is more likely than automatic promotion

Hitchin Town

Incomings

Tyler McGregor (Real Bedford)

Simeon Olarerin (Berkhamsted)

Sean Duodu (Berkhamsted)

Rio Deall (Real Bedford)

Dan Stokoe (Don Bosco Garelli)

Luke Stokoe (Banbury United)

Loans Expired

Ryan Kelly (MK Dons Academy)

Outgoings

Fernando Bell-Toxle (Biggleswade Town)

Brett Longden (Biggleswade Town)

Lewis Franklin (Bedford Town)

Taylor Rhiney (Biggleswade Town)

Stephen Gleeson (Biggleswade United)

Josh Colidcott-Stevens (Royston Town)

Liam Brooks (Biggleswade United)

Josh Jackman (Unknown)

Retained

Ciaren Jones, Charlie Briggs, Callum Nicolson, Toby Syme, George Morrall, Blue Joy, Diogo Freitas-Gouveia, Cole Butler, Plamedi Bomolo, Kav Cotter, Kye Tearle, Callum Kane

Overview

The Canaries will be going into their second full season with Michael Jones in charge after their instant promotion back to step 3 last season via the play-offs. Jones’ side have retained 12 players from the promotion squad, including key defenders - Toby Syme & Ciaren Jones, midfielders Callum Kane & Callum Nicolson, and striker Kye Tearle. Nine players have left, and some of them are huge losses. Both of their two highest scorers from last season are gone (26 goal man Taylor Rhiney to Biggleswade Town & 19 goal man Lewis Franklin to Bedford Town). Other big departures include midfielder Liam Brooks & defender Josh Coldicott-Stevens. The 10 new signings have seen five fellow step 3 sides, and two from academies, but the replacements for the goals seem to be lacking. Hitchin may struggle this year, so a fight for relegation seems to the most likely outcome.

Kettering Town

Incomings

Tom Leak (Chester)

Lawson D'Ath (Hereford)

Jack Newell (Bromsgrove Sporting)

Shaun Jeffers (St Albans Town)

Ryan Haynes (Brackley Town)

Bayley Brown (Enfield Town)

Levi Andoh (Matlock Town)

Wes York (Rugby Borough)

Nathan Jeche (Sevenoaks Town)

Kai Williams (Racing Club Warwick)

Ben Isaacson (Billericay Town)

Alfie Lewis (Braintree Town)

Retained

Ed Panter, Paul White, Ismael Fatadjo, Lewis Coyle, Blaine Rowe, Jason Alexander, Harvey Peters, Kai Fifield

Overview

The Poppies have a much better squad from the one they started last season with, although their managerial situation may be a problem. Liam McDonald left just last week, and now the duo of Nick Green & David Bridgewater are in interim charge - which is never ideal. Nine four names have left, with some of the key ones being George Forsyth, Carl Mensah, Ben Isaacson & Andi Thanoj, with the latter being the biggest departure. Nine have been retained, including the league’s third highest scorer from last season Ed Panter, starting goalkeeper Paul White, and key defenders Blaine Rowe & Harvey Peters. 10 players have arrived in Burton Latimer, and only one of them has signed from a club at step 4 or lower, and that is tricky winger Theo Alexandrou from St Ives Town. Five of the 10 players have come from step 2 clubs, while key Bromsgrove midfielder Jack Newell has joined, and their former key defender from the 24/25 season Aaron Powell has returned. Another top half finish is more than expected for Kettering, with the play-offs being their most likely destination come April.

Miro Pais (Worcester City)

Ben Blythe (Gainsborough Trinity)

Tim Berridge (Quorn)

Demico Burton (Unknown)

Eddie Brearey (Unknown)

Joe Clarke (Retired)

Theo Streete (Retired)

Retained

Owen Farmer, Eric Yahaya

Overview

The Brakes are back at step 3 for just the second time in the past decade. Our new assistant Paul Holleran left in January, but successful Racing Club Warwick boss Scott Easterlow replaced him in March. Largely seen as having the best home kit in the Southern Premier Central this season, their summer business has been one of the best as well. Only two have been retained from their relegation squad (Owen Farmer & Eric Yahaya) and aside from that it’s been a complete overhaul of the squad. 18 players have come in, and 16 have left. This Leamington squad will be completely different from the one we played last December. There is too much to go into on this short overview, but what I will say is that when your signing players from Tamworth & East Fife, you know you’re club has a good lure. Leamington will be fighting for a top half finish, but the unknown and amount of change may harm their chances this season - so they could also finish mid table. It depends how it all gells together.

Leighton Town

Incomings

Josh Flanagan (Banbury United)

Eniola Agemoh-Davies (Rushden & Diamonds)

Avan Jones (Uxbridge)

Ethan Creary (St Ives Town)

Stefan Vukoje (Welling United)

Euan Warlow (AFC Dunstable)

Carlos Simeon (Dunstable FC)

Josh Odell (Hanwell Town)

Outgoings

Godlove Oppong (Slough Town)

Lewis Thorpe (Kings Langley)

Leo Farruch (Chertsey Town)

BJ Christie (Kings Langley)

Pap Jawara (Unknown)

Daniel Tagoe (Potters Bar Town)

Ben Farrell (MK Irish)

Retained

Luke Pyman, Charlie Pattison, Kyal Williams, Sydney Ibie, Tolu Ikuyinminu, Anthony Ball, Dan Hosier, Sam McClelland, J'ardell Stirling, Jack Sayell, Louie Barrett, Jamie Breen, Tiago Cerqueira

Overview

The Reds are a refreshing new addition to the league. There will be a lot of fans in our league who will be going to Bell Close for the first time this season. Too no real surprise and similar to fellow promoted side Anstey Nomads, there haven’t been many outgoings, compared to others. Just the seven in fact, but the biggest it could have possibly been, as Godlove Oppong who got over 25 league goals last season left for step 2 Slough Town. Instead, 13 have been retained, and six have been added to slightly refresh the squad. Just some of the key men staying are Luke Pyman, Charlie Pattison, Kyal Williams, Tolu Ikuyinminu, Dan Hosier, Sam McClelland, Jack Sayell who all featured heavily last season. In search of step 3 experience, Josh Flanagan and Ethan Creary, both defenders have joined from Banbury & St Ives respectively. Leighton will be more than happy with step 3 survival, anything more would be a bonus.

Leiston

Incomings

Adam Marriott (King's Lynn Town)

Callum Robinson (Stanway Rovers)

Noel Aitkens (Felixstowe & Walton)

Tade Ibrahim (Bromley Academy)

Outgoings

Ronnie Blois (Morecambe)

Albie Armin (Aveley)

Jack Manly (AFC Sudbury)

Billy Johnson (Unknown)

Retained

Joao Rangel, Seb Dunbar, Fraser Alexander, Adam Mills, Jude Frostick, Ben Batho, Ryan Jarvis, Harvey Sayer, Willie Clemons, Wyatt Hill, Kyle Callan-McFadden, Eddie Jackson

Overview

The Blues have had a largely quiet summer, and that is mainly because they’ve retained 12 players, sold just two and signed just three. Chris Wigger’s side finished 10th last season, and due to their obscure location, pretty much have the same squad every year. There have been so many key players who have decided to sign on, top scorer Joao Rangel, the always reliable midfielder Fraser Alexander, exciting young striker Harvey Sayer, and starting centre halves Kyle Callan-McFadden & Eddie Jackson. The most easternly side in the division will however have to deal with the blows of losing star striker Ronnie Blois to NL North Morecambe, as well as first choice keeper Billy Johnson. Just four players have joined: Adam Marriott is a striker who’s joined from step 2 King’s Lynn and has an incredible 50 National League goals in his career. Callum Robinson joins from recently promoted step 3 side Stanway Rovers, and will replace Johnson as the new number one. Midfielder Noel Aitkens joins after a successful season at step 4 with Felixstowe & Walton, while Tade Ibrahim has arrived from Bromley's Academy. Leiston aren’t tipped by many to challenge at the top, but will be a game for anyone, especially at their place. Expect mid table for them.

Needham Market

Incomings

Liam Pearce (AFC Sudbury)

Tevan Allen (Maldon & Tiptree)

Josh Curry (Bury Town)

Outgoings

Seth Chambers (Bury Town)

Reggie Lambe (Ipswich Wanderers)

Max Appauh (Unknown)

Retained

James Bradbrook, Jake Dye, Tom Smith, Kyle Hammond, Kieran Morphew, Dan Morphew, Luke Ingram, Ollie Saunders, Joe Neal, Ryan Miles, Myles Cowling, Marcel Lewis, Ben Hunter, Eddie Barker

Overview

The Marketmen, rather like their Suffolk neighbours Leiston, have had a quiet summer as well. 14 players have been retained from Tom Rothery’s side who missed out on the play-offs because of goal difference last season. Those staying, keeper James Bradbrook, defenders Jake Dye, Tom Smith, Kyle Hammond, Kieran Morphew, Dan Morphew, midfielders Luke Ingram, who was last season’s top scorer, as well as Ollie Saunders, Ryan Miles, Myles Cowling, Marcel Lewis, Ben Hunter, Eddie Barker, and striker Joe Neal. Just three have left Needham, talented young striker Seth Chambers to Bury Town, EFL legend Reggie Lambe, and young winger Max Appauh. Only three players have arrived, talented young winger Liam Pearce who scored seven goals for relegated AFC Sudbury last season, attacking midfielder Trevan Allen, who scored seven goals for step 4 Malton & Tiptree last season, and defender Josh Curry from Bury Town. Needham will obviously be challenging near the top again this season, and who knows, with the play-off expansion, maybe this will be the time they make it.

Shaquile Coulthirst (Unknown)

Mustapha Carayol (Unknown)

Retained

Connor Wood, Sam Edwards, Ben Beresford, Luca Miller

Overview

The Turbines, in their first season at step 3 since 2021/22, have had a complete overhaul of the squad, just like their fellow relegated Leamington. New man in the dugout Graham Drury, who briefly had a spell at Matlock Town this summer, has brought nine, yes nine players with him from Stamford. These include goalkeeper Tom Jackson, last season’s Daniels top scorer Leon Lobjoit, key midfielder George Hobbins, and goalscoring fullback Charlie Marzano, too name a few. One of the most impressive new signings is Michael Richens, who scored 17 league goals for relegated St Ives last season from midfield. Only the four have been retained, and 22 of last season’s squad have gone - including legendary player Michael Gash. The signings and managerial appointment speak for themselves, Peterborough Sports will be one of the favourites for the league title this season, and Lincoln Road will be a very difficult place to visit.

Racing Club Warwick

Incomings

Adam Walker (Leamington)

Connor Keane (Loughborough Students)

Kai Williams (Kettering Town)

Nile Timson (Bromsgrove Sporting)

Kieran Cooney (Kerry FC)

Outgoings

Josh Willis (Bedworth United)

Reece Blackmore (Coventry United)

Ryan Andrews (Unknown)

Retained

Jasper Tetlow, James Hancocks, Kyle Barnett, Callum Coyle, Jude Collins, Alex Worley, James Harding, Ryan Moore, Archie Hamp, Aaron Opoku, Cam Ebbutt, Connor Taylor, Hisham Chiha

Overview

The Racers, who will be playing in their first season at step 3 since 2002/03, have retained a large proportion of their squad. Joint managers Jack Edwards and Chris Knott have kept some vital men. Ryan Moore, Archie Hamp, Aaron Opoku, Cam Ebbutt, Kyle Barnett, Callum Coyle all made over 40 appearances in all competitions last season and will remain in Warwickshire. Nobody major has left the club of the three who have exited, and instead five have come own to strengthen the squad. Midfielder Adam Walker from Leamington, striker Connor Keane from step 4 Loughborough Students, goalscoring wide man Kai Williams from Kettering, young centre half Nile Timson from Bromsgrove, and fullback Kieran Cooney from Irish side Kerry FC. It’s hard to know what RC Warwick will do. They will be happy just to stay up, but who knows, could end up being dark horses.

Malachi Soile (Unknown)

Retained

Craig King, Sam Cartwright, Jack Davies, Drew Richardson, Jack Morrell, Shaheim Ward, Archie Jones, Ben Stevens, Elliot Simmons, Josh Setchell, Conor Tee, Mo Ahmed, Tom Hitchcock, Josh Allen

Overview

The Pirates will be entering into this season looking to put behind the disappointing of being a minute away from promotion via the play-offs last season at Spalding United. 14 players have stayed despite the disappointment, a testament to where they believe they could be come April. Some of those staying, Ben Stevens, Josh Setchell & Josh Allen who all scored over 10 league goals last season, as well as first choice keeper Craig King, defenders Drew Richardson, Sam Cartwright, Jack Davies & Shaheim Ward, and our ex winger Conor Tee. All the players who departed were rotational players with the biggest departure being midfielder Ben Weyman. There have been five new arrivals, including Jordan Ponticelli who spent time at us on loan last season. Midfielders Andi Thanoj & Sam Collins have come in from Kettering & King’s Lynn respectively, while Owen Brooks who scored 17 goals for step 4 MK Irish last season has also signed. Oh, and exciting young winger CJ Kiala has signed from Luton Town’s academy. Not too bad for a team who already had a play-off level squad. Rob Sinclair’s side will probably go in as title favourites.

Redditch United

Incomings

Jak Hickman (Halesowen Town)

Will Grewal-Pollard (Barwell)

Dan Sweeney (Worcester City)

Rory Brown (Bromsgrove Sporting)

Szhem Whyte-Hall (Worksop Town)

Retained

Aaron Bishop, Alex Forshaw, Aram Soleman, Billy Fielding, Danny King, Jenson Sumnall, James Richardson, Joe Neeson, Joel Shambrook, Morgan Owen, Omari Brown, Shan Fernando, Tyler Bruck, Alex Cameron, Robbie Bunn, Liam Loughlan

Overview

The Reds, under new gaffer Jimmy Fry, formerly their assistant will go into the new season following Mike Fowler’s departure last month. Redditch have retained 16 players, more than anyone else in the division. I won’t go through all of them, but they include top scorer Alex Cameron, and Manager’s POTS Robbie Bunn. Eight players have departed, including crucial players like Matt Warburton, Dexter Dudley-Toole, Reece Flanagan, and Luke Ward. The biggest departure was Tyrese Warmington, who kept the second most clean sheets in the division last season upon the end of his loan from Birmingham City. His replacement, Bromsgrove’s Rory Brown, who is one of just four new faces to join Fry’s squad. The others include experienced step 3 striker Dan Sweeney, ex Barwell & Stourbridge defender Will Grewal-Pollard, and former Alvechurch winger Szhem Whyte-Hall. Redditch will most likely be around the top half this season, but last season’s seventh placed finish will be hard to match.

Rushall Olympic

Incomings

Ollie Taylor (St Ives Town)

Luke Yates (Chasetown)

Overview

The Pics have been transferred from the Northern League for this season’s campaign, and will look to improve a lot on their bottom half finish last season. Ian Long in his second season as manager has retained 13 players from last season’s squad, including former Yeltz captain Jamie Willets. Obviously, they have a lot of familiar faces, Alex Moore, Carter Lycett, Aurio Teixeira, Brad Burton, Max Ram & Jordaan Brown have all played in the Southern Premier Central heavily in the 24/25 campaign for other local sides. Only four players have departed the Walsall based club: Nick Clayton-Phillips to Alvechurch, and Anthony Dwyer & Harry Wakefield, both to Northern Premier Ilkeston Town, and the other departures being loan expiry's and Reece Mitchell who left after a month. Nine new faces have joined Long’s squad, including Luke Benbow & Ollie Taylor, both ex Stourbridge. A lot expect Rushall to be dark horses, so assuming they’re not expecting huge things from the season, a mid to top half finish would be their main aim, maybe even higher.

Overview

The Daniels have had a lot of change under new boss Ant Fenton, following Drury’s eventual departure to Peterborough Sports. Only three players have been retained amongst the big change to the squad: Jon Challinor, Aaron Cashmore, and reserves player Jake Walton. 14 players have departed, nine of which to the Turbines as mentioned. The other five: Jake Duffy to Rugby Town, top scorer Kai Tonge to Leamington, defender Oran Jackson to Banbury, goalkeeper Adam Harrison to Boldmere St Michaels. It’s a small Stamford squad now, as only nine have replaced the 14 departures. Chey Loureiro from step 1, Kieran Wallace from step 2, Tyler Winters, Sam Bayly & Ethan Young from step 3, Trey Charles & Theo Hudson from step 4, Ellis Perry-Burdett from step 5, and Ryan Thomas from the US. It was a miracle that they stayed up last season, and unfortunately for Stamford, things aren’t looking much brighter, but maybe they’ll surprise us.

Overview

The Glassboys enter into the first full season with exciting young manager Scott Adey-Linforth in charge. Among the most notable additions is Dan Jarvis, arriving from Barwell, while Josh Quaynor joins from Leamington. The club have also added Jack Tolley from Sporting Club Inkberrow and their former loanee Liam Brazier from Port Vale. There is also plenty of exciting young talent coming through the door. Ex Yeltz loanee Charlie Wragg makes the permanent move from Walsall, and Charlie Pavey arrives from the Aston Villa. The latter who scored eight goals in 13 games on loan in Amblecote last season. The squad will, however, look considerably different in some areas following several departures. Both Brad Bood & Hayden Reeves made the switch to Bromsgrove, while key midfielder Tom Solanke has also departed. Despite the turnover, there is a solid foundation to work from Jai Verma, Tom Edge, Charlie Price, Jack Fletcher, Toumani Sidibe, Nathan Hayward, Dom Lewis and Harvey Portman have all been retained. Things are looking bright for Stourbridge, as much as it will pain us to say. So bright, they may even finish in the top seven for the play-offs. Only six sides had picked up more points in 2026 than them in the second half of last season.

The Bards under Paul Davis for another season have added 13 new players. The incoming group includes Cuba Mitchell from Gloucester City, Harry Hawkins from Derby County, Reuben Wyatt from Tamworth, Aksum White from Stourbridge, McKauley Manning from Halesowen Town, Kobe Hall from Bromsgrove Sporting, Charlie Farr from Taunton Town, Kevin Bastos from Belper Town, Tali Jallow from Nuneaton Town, Dexter Dudley-Toole from Redditch United, Freddie Cook from Barwell, Zach McKenzie from Aberystwyth Town and Reece Flanagan from Redditch United. Lewis Ison has joined us, Harry Reilly has moved to Alvechurch & Henry Landers has departed for Bognor Regis Town, while Charlie Wragg, Mccloyd Oben & Josh Toluwaloju all returned to their parent clubs. Despite the considerable turnover, Stratford have retained an important nucleus from last season. Josh Hawker, Jacob Weaver, Dan Vann, Fin Brennan, Dan Lafferty, Jack Storer, Owen James, Kory Roberts and our ex captain Paul McCone. A top half finish should be the aim for Stratford, especially given their amazing form around March/early April.

The Blues under boss Chris Cornes for a fifth straight full season. The summer has seen a significant turnover in personnel, with 10 new faces arriving at the club. Among the most notable additions is Mitch Roberts from Hereford, alongside Brandon Smalley from Merthyr Town who scored goals for them on loan last season, as well as Will Glennon and Miro Pais from Leamington, Archie Duerden from Bromsgrove Sporting, Luke Ward from Redditch United, and Cristian Dudziak on loan from Derby County. At the same time, Worcester have seen several players depart. Dan Sweeney has joined Redditch United, Josh Bailey has moved to Tamworth and Kyle Belmonte has joined Leamington, while Felix Miles, Shay Palmer, Paul Downing and Musa Ceesay have also left. Despite the changes, Worcester have retained a useful core. Zac Guinan, Logan Stoddart, Josh Ezewele, Charlie Wise, Charlie Lutz, Harry Burns, Matt Richards and Liam Lockett remain at the club.
